BJP trying to divide society: Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav | Patna News

PATNA: Deputy chief minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Thursday assailed BJP for giving a different angle to the Begusarai incident and dividing the society. He also lashed out at Union minister Griraj Singh for blaming CM Nitish Kumar for the incident and asked whether crime and rape in BJP-ruled states were being done by the CMs of those states.
“He should avoid such statements as he is holding the charge of two departments. If a crime is happening in a BJP-ruled state, does it mean that the CM of that state is doing it,” said Tejashwi in a reply to the Union minister.
The younger Yadav scion also pointed towards the crime in Uttar Pradesh and added, “On what basis is BJP questioning the law and order situation of Bihar. Is there ‘Ram Raj’ in UP?” he added. He also appealed to the media not to fall into BJP’s trap. “Some people are trying to give it a different colour. It is ‘Janata ka raj’. BJP means ‘Badka Jhootha Party’.
What they say, they never do and they all are busy dividing the society and spreading venom. People will teach them a lesson in the coming days,” Tejashwi added.
