Navi Mumbai: Rs 25,000 reward announced for missing Siberian Husky pet | Navi Mumbai News

NAVI MUMBAI: Worried owners of a Siberian Husky pet have announced a reward of Rs 25,000 to whosoever can help them find their missing pet dog, Max, who had recently gone missing from Koparkhairane, sector 2, while he was taken out for a walk.
A police complaint has also been filed as the owners suspect that someone may have tactfully stolen their lovable pet.
“On September 12, our Siberian Husky pet was taken out for a morning walk by my husband along the road next to Allahabad Bank in sector 2. The leash with which he was holding Max got loose and so he ran towards the sector 1 market and chawl area, which is rather congested. Max could not be traced since then. Some locals informed us that they may have seen Max inside an autorickshaw along with a few youngsters,” said pet owner Priya Deshpande.
The Deshpandes have lodged a complaint at Koparkhairane police station as they too suspect that someone may have stolen Max.
“We are very worried about our baby (Max) and have also spoken to a few animal communicators in order to find him. We appeal to the public to please inform us on 7506113508 and 7039770336 if they have any information in this regard,” said Deshpande.
