Earlier today, the entrepreneur posted a throwback picture of him from 2005 that features his food cart. And now, Zorawar is the proud owner of chain of restaurants which has over 25 branches in 8 countries across the globe and is one of the biggest restaurateurs in India.
The latter also penned down a heartfelt note about his journey about his journey. Here’s what Zorawar had to say, “This is where my entrepreneurship journey
started in 2005. With this small cart – The Paratha company. Even though it was something that I ended up discontinuing, it was my first time running a business and the initiation of my career. My chacha (uncle) lent me the 10 odd lakhs I needed. I built a base kitchen setup and two carts with that money.
My family has always been the cornerstone of everything I have done and it continues to be so. It’s just that my family has gotten a lot larger with the entire team at Massive Restaurants.”
Paras Kalnawat and Niti Taylor, who are also seen in the dance reality show, praised him. Here’s what Niti said, “You are an inspiration sir!!” whereas Paras commented “You’re an inspiration Zo”
From building a multi-national business to taking up new challenges, such as participating in a show like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and proving his mettle as a performer on National Television, Zorawar kept pushing his envelope. And he indeed has set some major goals for all those who dream.
